As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at greentribe@greenngood.com and send your item to:

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at greentribe@greenngood.com with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has been shipped.
Refund (if Applicable)
You need to drop us a mail at greentribe@greenngood.com mentioning that you want to return the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
The product should be unused and request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.
As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund within 8-10 working days
